有人曾这样揣度教研员的工作:“他们除了每周一、二次集中例会外,其余时间都属于自己,想干什么就干什么,多轻闲自在。”其实,他们不了解教研员这二角色的份量。本文记叙的郑桂兰老师,就是千万个教研员中的一个。通过追寻郑桂兰老师的足迹,我们可以看到一个普通教研员的艰辛和那不懈的追求。
Someone once said that the work of teaching and research staff: “In addition to their weekly Monday and second regular meeting, the rest of the time belong to themselves, what they want to do, more leisurely.” In fact, they do not understand the role of the two researchers.
