体育教师实施教学过程的成功与否,很大程度上取决于教师是否有在各种不同的环境中与各种不同类型和年龄的学生进行交流的能力。教学中师生间交流方法与技巧尤为重要。良好的师生交流,它既能提高教与学的积极性,又有利于形成良好的团体心理气氛和良好的个性发展,从而形成良好的个性品质。加强师生间的交流和沟通,改进有效的交流技巧,不仅有助于学生掌握基本技术,而且有助于体育教师提高教学水平和能力。
The success of PE teachers in implementing the teaching process depends largely on whether teachers have the ability to communicate with different types and ages of students in different environments. Teaching methods and techniques of communication between teachers and students is particularly important.
