2016年7月25日,经国家标准化管理委员会批准,输血医学增设为临床医学二级学科.输血医学的重要职能就是保障和指导临床安全、科学、精准输血,减少输血不良反应.rn血小板具有复杂的抗原系统,包括与其它组织或细胞所共有的抗原,如ABO血型系统抗原和人类白细胞抗原(human leukocyte antigen,HLA);血小板特异性抗原(human platelet antigen,HPA);与单核/巨噬细胞及有核红细胞共有的GPⅣ/CD36抗原等.妊娠、输血、器官移植等均可诱导机体产生血小板抗体,包括HLA抗体、HPA抗体和CD36抗体等.
