本文从理论上阐述了宽带分光膜。工艺上研究了大面积镀多层膜的均匀性枝术;减少膜层吸收的技术。并对克服3μ附近的水蒸汽吸收问题进行了探讨。文章还列出了所得实验曲线,在0.48μ~1.1“内,其反射率大于95%,在1.2μ~5μ内,透射率大于70%(除3μ附近之外,透射率与基片本身透射率相近)。作出了具有良好机械强度和化学稳定性的宽带分光膜。
In this paper, the theory of broadband spectral film. Technically studied the uniformity of large-area multi-layer coating sticks; reduce the absorption layer technology.
