加入世贸组织,是党中央高瞻远瞩、总揽全局作出的重大战略决策,对我国改革开放和现代化建设必将产生重大而深远的影响。面对加入世贸组织后的新形势和新任务,按照“三个代表”重要思想的要求,全面做好加入世贸组织的各项应对工作,不断提高外经贸工作水平,对促进新时期我国经济发展和社会进步具有十分重要的意义。
