通过在给药池中加入不同浓度的氯化钠来改变离子强度 ,考察了离子强度对奥旦西酮体外离子导入的影响 .实验中 ,药物的稳态流量随氯化钠浓度的增大而减小 .原因是由氯化钠引起的离子强度的增大导致了药物活度的下降 ,进而致使稳态流量减小 .此外 ,离子竞争的存在也是稳态流量减小的原因之一
