用球形微波天线导管消融11只犬房室结,以AH间期延长≥50%为消融终点,旨在探讨微波改良房室结传导的可行性。结果显示,9只犬改良获得成功,术中无明显心律失常,改良后血液动力学无明显变化;6周后,房室结传导功能进一步下降,病理学检查示消融部位为瘢痕组织,与周围组织界线清楚,无心内膜血栓形成。提示,用本文方法,微波改良房室结传导易行,成功率高,与射频消融快径路改良房室结传导相似,术后可出现完全性房室传导阻滞
A total of 11 canines were ablated with a spherical microwave antenna catheter in order to prolong the AH interval by more than 50% as the end point of ablation. The aim was to explore the feasibility of improving atrioventricular node conduction by microwave. The results showed that 9 dogs improved successfully, no arrhythmia during operation, and no significant change in hemodynamics. After 6 weeks, the conduction function of atrioventricular node decreased further. Pathological examination showed that the ablation site was scar tissue, Clear organizational boundaries, no endocardial thrombosis. Prompt, with this method, microwave atrioventricular node conduction easy, high success rate, and radiofrequency ablation fast pathway to improve atrioventricular node conduction similar postoperative complete atrioventricular block
