刚刚过去的2011年,我们有什么样的民生答卷?在2011年12月26日召开的省委经济工作会议上,答案令人振奋:四川省以“就业促进、扶贫解困、民族地区帮扶、教育助学、社会保障、医疗卫生、百姓安居、基础设施、生态环境、文化体育”为主要内容的“十大民生工程”扎实推进,截至11月底,121个民生工程项目有116个已完成或超额完成全年目标任务;各级民生工程预算执行总额1074亿元,占资金安排总额的128%。另外一个数据也有力地支撑着答卷的内涵:全省2011年新增财力80%用于民生支出。民生的份量,如此厚重;执政的要义,如此彰显。
