通过对电泳成膜液组成及电泳和着色工艺的考察,较为系统地对装饰性电泳涂装工艺进行了研究.发现、电泳成膜液组成的重要因素是确定固体份含量,以8-13%为佳.在直接电泳着色和间接电泳着色工艺中,电压,搅拌,温度等工艺因素对涂膜质量有明显影响.对亲质离子含量应严格控制.检测表明:装饰性电泳涂膜有良好的抗变色能力和抗腐蚀能力.
