目的了解皖北再生铅冶炼地区铅污染水平以及儿童血铅水平,为进行环境治理及儿童健康干预提供依据。方法对皖北某县再生铅冶炼地区环境中铅含量进行监测,同时选择污染区2所小学261名5~12岁的学生和清洁对照区的109名学生进行血铅测定。结果污染区环境铅污染相当严重,最高空气铅含量达到5.74μg/m3,超过国家标准3.83倍。土壤铅最大超标倍数达2.04倍。主要农作物小麦铅平均含量为2.84mg/kg,最大超标倍数达42.5倍。污染区儿童血铅水平为98.3~441μg/L,平均为(258.2±97.8)μg/L,明显高于对照组儿童。结论再生铅冶炼地区环境铅及儿童体内铅含量均严重超标。
Objective To understand the level of lead pollution in lead-smelting area of northern Anhui and the level of blood lead in children, so as to provide basis for environmental management and children’s health intervention. Methods The lead content in the reclaimed lead smelting area of a county in northern Anhui Province was monitored. Blood lead levels were also measured in 261 students from 5 to 12 years in primary school and 109 in clean control district from 2 elementary schools in the polluted area. As a result, lead pollution in the polluted area was quite serious with the maximum air lead content reaching 5.74 μg / m3, which was 3.83 times higher than the national standard. Soil lead exceeded the maximum multiple of 2.04 times. The average lead content of main crop wheat is 2.84mg / kg, the maximum exceed standard multiple reaches 42.5 times. The level of blood lead of children in the contaminated area was 98.3 ~ 441μg / L, with an average of (258.2 ± 97.8) μg / L, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The environmental lead in lead smelting area and lead content in children are seriously over-standard.
