慢性心力衰竭是临床上常见的心血管疾病,可伴发猝死、心律失常等其他心血管疾病,具有较高的发病率。血浆脑钠肽(BNP)及N端BNP前体(NT-pro BNP)目前可作为心力衰竭、缺血性心肌病、高血压以及肺源性心脏病等疾病一种具有多种生物功能的多肽类激素,能够通过心脏的容量、负荷以及室壁张力而发挥利尿、排钠、扩管的作用。BNP/NT-pro BNP可作为心血管疾病的检测指标。
