目的:研究分析贫血患者血液检验中生化仪的临床应用价值,为日后的贫血临床诊断提高更优质的检测方法。方法:选取我院2012年11月-2015年7月我院所收治的40例贫血病患,采用生化仪进行对40例病患进行血液检验,并观察分析本组病患应用生化仪的检测结果。结果:经应用生化仪进行血液检验研究结果显示,应用生化仪的血液检验具有较为良好的效果,与病理诊断的符合率高达95.6%(38/40),临床漏诊率为5.21%(2/40)。结论:生化仪在贫血患者血液检验中具有较高的应用价值,有着较为快速、准确的优势,可有效的避免和降低临床误诊和漏诊率,从而帮助贫血病进行早期的诊断治疗,利于病患的身体康复,值得在日后的贫血临床诊断检测中进一步普及运用。
Objective: To study the clinical value of biochemical analyzer in the blood test of patients with anemia, and to improve the quality of the clinical diagnosis of anemia. Methods: Forty patients with anemia admitted to our hospital from November 2012 to July 2015 were enrolled. Blood tests were performed on 40 patients by biochemical analyzer. The biochemical analyzer result. Results: The results of blood test using biochemical analyzer showed that the blood test with biochemical analyzer had a good effect. The coincidence rate was 95.6% (38/40) with pathological diagnosis, and the rate of clinical missed diagnosis was 5.21% (2/40 ). Conclusion: The biochemical analyzer has a high value in the blood test of patients with anemia, which has the advantages of rapid and accurate, which can effectively avoid and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis of the patients, so as to help early diagnosis and treatment of anemia. The physical rehabilitation is worth further popularization and utilization in the future clinical diagnosis and detection of anemia.
