Bell Helicopter Textron has signed a $ 252 million contract with ITT Avionics to develop the AN / ALQ-211 Integrated Radio Frequency Countermeasure (SIRFC) system equipped with the US Air Force’s special operations unit CV-22 Osprey helicopter. The V-22 helicopter is manufactured by Bell Helicopter, the Defense and Space Division of the Boeing Company.
