一、树立以学生为本的理念,引导学生超越教师学生是学习的主人,发展的主体,是“教学之本”。引导学生超越教师,就是让学生在教师的引领和点拨下主动学习,学有所得,越学越爱学。以前,教师的角色从传统的“传道、授业、解惑”到教学过程的“权威”,无时不是以“知识的拥有者”为中心。在实施新课程标准的教学中,教师必须从单向的知识灌输者,转变为双向或多向的学习交流的组织者,变成学生学习的“伙伴”和“助手”。与学生平等对话,建立起和谐的师生关系,营造出活跃的课堂氛围。
First, establish a student-centered philosophy and guide students to surpass teachers. Students are the masters of learning and the main body of development. They are the “teaching principles.” Guiding students to go beyond teachers is to allow students to actively study under the guidance and instruction of teachers. In the past, the role of the teacher from the traditional “mission, education, and doubts” to the “authority” of the teaching process was not centered on the “owner of knowledge”. In the implementation of the new curriculum standards, teachers must change from one-way indoctrinists to bi-directional or multi-directional learners and become students’ “learners” and “assistants.” Equality dialogue with students, establish a harmonious teacher-student relationship, and create an active classroom atmosphere.
