健康是人类生存发展和民族兴旺发达的基础,享有健康和促进健康是公民的重要权利[1]。健康体检运用医疗技术针对个体健康状况进行评估,提供有针对性的健康改善计划,并鼓励、促使和帮助人们主动采取行动来改善和维护健康[2、3]。体检过程中医疗纠纷不可避免,妥善、完美的处置不如不发生。健康体检过程中,医务人员与受检者接触机会多,参与项目多,服务内容广,纠纷发生的机会相对增加。纠纷可以预防,关键在于找出纠纷生的环节,找到问题的症结,有效预防纠纷的
Health is the basis for the survival and development of mankind and the prosperity of the nation. It is a citizen’s right to enjoy health and promote health. [1] Health exams use medical technology to assess individual health status, provide targeted health improvement programs, and encourage, facilitate and help people take initiatives to improve and maintain their health [2,3]. Medical disputes in the medical examination process is inevitable, proper, perfect disposal than not happen. In the course of physical examination, there are many opportunities for medical staffs to contact with the subjects, participate in more projects, provide more services and opportunities for disputes arise.
