检查慢性重度牙周炎加重期病人54名(年龄18～65岁),有牙周脓肿和牙周流脓.取牙周袋分泌物,用厌氧菌培养器(80%氮气,10%二氧化碳,10%氢气)进行细菌培养,分离出8种病原菌,革兰氏阳性菌4种:消化链球菌、中间型消化链球菌、血链球菌和放线菌.革兰氏阴性菌4种:龈紫单胞菌、卜利弗特产黑素菌、核梭杆菌和坏死梭杆菌.检查12种抗菌药对这些牙周炎病原菌的抗菌活性,进行药物敏感试验,抑菌率80%～100%者为高度敏感,抑菌率70%～79%者为中度敏感.
Check the exacerbation of chronic severe periodontitis in 54 patients (age 18 to 65 years), with periodontal abscess and periodontal pus.Patiental pocket secretions, with anaerobic bacteria incubator (80% nitrogen, 10% carbon dioxide, 10 % Hydrogen) for bacterial culture, isolated from the 8 kinds of pathogens, Gram-positive bacteria 4: Peptostreptococcus, intermediate Peptostreptococcus, Streptococcus spp. Actinomyces Gram-negative bacteria 4: Bacillus, Buflivet melanocytic, Fusobacterium nucleatum and Fusobacterium necrolytic.Check the antibacterial activity of 12 kinds of antibacterial drugs on these periodontitis pathogens, conduct drug sensitivity test, the antibacterial rate of 80% to 100% of the height Sensitive, antibacterial rate of 70% to 79% were moderately sensitive.
