新形势下,各级政府面临的工作任务十分紧迫,依法行政是解决各种错综复杂矛盾的有效途径。乡镇政府作为为人民服务的第一线,与人民群众联系最为紧密,所以坚持依法行政对乡镇政府来说非常重要,而作为乡镇执政能力载体的乡镇干部更是决定了本地区整个政府执政能力的高低。在强调依法治国建设社会主义法治国家的今天,提高乡镇干部依法行政能力具有强烈的现实意义。本文主要以笔者工作的乡镇为例,深入分析当前乡镇干部依法行政存在的问题,并给出了合理化建议,以期为提高乡镇干部依法行政工作作出一点有益的探索。
Under the new situation, the tasks at all levels of government are facing an urgent task. Administration by law is an effective way to resolve various intricate contradictions. As the first line of serving the people, the township government has the most contact with the people, so insisting that the administration by law is very important to the township government and the township cadres who are the carriers of the governing ability of the townships determine the ability of the entire government to govern High and low. Today, emphasizing the rule of law and building a socialist country governed by law, improving the ability of township cadres to administer the country according to law has strong practical significance. This paper mainly takes the township and town where the author works as an example to deeply analyze the existing problems of the township cadres ’administration according to law and gives the reasonable suggestions in order to make some useful exploration to improve the township cadres’ administration according to law.
