广东省对生态文明的法治建设非常重视。以2014年《中华人民共和国环境保护法》的修订为契机,2015年广东省生态文明法治的各项工作上了一个新的台阶。《广东省环境保护条例》的修订,更标志着广东省生态环境的法治工作进入深耕细植的阶段。2015年广东省生态环境法治工作主要从生态立法、生态执法、生态司法、制度实践等四个方面展开。一、概况(一)生态立法日益细化广东省的生态立法工作反应迅速特色鲜明,很多立法工作都走在全国前列。2014
Guangdong Province attaches great importance to the rule of law in ecological civilization. Taking the revision of the “Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China” in 2014 as an opportunity, all the work of Guangdong’s ecological civilization and rule of law reached a new level in 2015. The revision of the “Regulations on Environmental Protection in Guangdong Province” further marks the stage in which the rule of law in the ecological environment of Guangdong Province has been intensively cultivated. In 2015, Guangdong’s eco-environmental rule of law mainly starts from four aspects: ecological legislation, ecological law enforcement, ecological justice and institutional practice.
