职业院校的办学宗旨是以市场为导向,以服务地方经济发展为基础,培养实践能力强的专业技术人才。职业院校的艺术设计专业设置如何与地方产业对接,如何建立符合区域经济发展特色的专业教学人才培养模式,在职业教育竞争中就显得尤为重要。职业院校艺术设计专业要办出自己的专业特色,首要的任务就是要根据地方区域产业特色,从调整专业设置、改革教学模式、课程体系等方面入手,根据各自的职业标准定位及在校生的实际情况,建立切实可行、更合理化的教学体系,为地方行业经济发展需要培养出最适合的应用型技能人才。
