目的:研究黄连苦寒成分对体内代谢过程的药性影响。方法:采用指纹图谱作为主要的表征手段,结合HPLC-UV技术,研究和比较体外药物图谱和体内血清图谱差异,分析黄连在体内直接作用的代谢物,讨论黄连给药后成分与传统疗效之间的关系,进一步明确其对苦寒药性的影响。结果:黄连煎煮液各成分经吸收入血后,可检出9种成分以及黄连残渣药材中检出3种成分,能够充分的证明黄连的药效物质成分具有苦寒药性。结论:黄连苦寒成分对体内过程药性具有一定的影响,并在一定程度上阐述了黄连的苦寒药性。
Objective: To study the effects of bitter cold Coptis ingredients on the metabolism of the body. Methods: Fingerprints were used as the main characterization methods. The HPLC-UV technique was used to study and compare the in vitro pharmacological profiles and the in vivo serum profiles to analyze the direct metabolites of Coptis chinensis in vivo. The relationship between the further clarify its effects on bitter cold. Results: The constituents of berberine decoction can be detected after the absorption into the blood of nine components and Coptis residues medicinal herbs detected in the three components, which can fully prove the efficacy of Coptis ingredients with bitter cold herbs. Conclusion: Coptis chinensis has a certain influence on process pharmacokinetics of Coptis chinensis Franch. And to some extent, the bitter cold herb of Coptis chinensis is expounded.
