东方电机厂作为独家发起人,以主要生产经营性资产入股,设立了东方电机股份有限公司,并重组分立。重组后,东方电机厂除作为股份公司的控股股东外,主要从事为厂和股份公司提供教育、医疗、环卫绿化、保卫消防、住房、生活福利、离退休职工及家委会等服务与社会职能管理,都是第三产业的经营业务。同时,还为股份公司提供产成品管理和产品包装,发运等劳务。面对经营性质转变,经分析认识到只有在企业经济活动中强化财务责任指标的事前、事中和事后控制,才能降低企业的成本费用。几年来我们通过加强财务责任指标控制,取得了一定的工作成效,具体做法如下。
