目的 了解合肥市市售熟食及外环境水系中致病性弧菌分布情况。方法 运用传统分离、培养法于 2 0 0 0年 5月至 2 0 0 1年 9月采集 81份水样、1 2 6份熟食样品进行致病性弧菌分布调查。结果 检出弧菌科细菌 1 4种 1 1 0株 ,其中弧菌属 9种 86株 ,气单胞菌属 4种 1 4株 ,邻单胞菌属 1种 1 0株。结论 致病性弧菌广泛分布于水体中 ,易污染市售熟食 ,有导致感染食源性疾患的可能 ,应加强这方面的卫生监督监测
Objective To understand the distribution of pathogenic Vibrio in cooked food and external environment water in Hefei. Methods 81 cases of water samples and 126 cooked samples were collected from May 2000 to September 2001 by traditional separation and culture methods to investigate the distribution of pathogenic Vibrio. Results A total of 110 strains of 14 strains of Vibrio spp. Were detected, of which 86 strains were Vibrio 9, 14 strains Achromobacter 4, and 1 Pseudomonas sp. Conclusions Vibrio spp. Is widely distributed in the water and is susceptible to contamination of commercially available cooked food, leading to the possibility of infecting food-borne diseases. Health surveillance monitoring in this area should be strengthened
