古代大文学家韩愈在《师说》中说:“师者,所以传道授业解惑也。”可见教师除了承担课堂上“传道授业”的工作,“解惑”工作也不可或缺。北师大陈健翔博士最近提出了“新教育”的概念,他指出新教育的本质就是“为学习服务。”即在强化生本思想的同时,更要树立服务意识。笔者所在的学校领导更是主张教师要经常主动到班级中给学生进行答疑工作。本文就笔者在此项服务工作中的经历和大家共同回眸。一、为生服务责无旁贷——乐在其中在上述多重背景下,笔者所在学校的教师纷纷表现出极
