目的:建立元胡止痛胶囊的含量测定标准,更有效地控制该产品质量。方法:含量采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定制剂中的欧前胡素。高效液相色谱条件:Dikma C18(150×4.6mm,5μm);流速:1.0ml/分钟;柱温:40℃;流动相:甲醇-水(65:35);检测波长为300nm;结果:HPLC准确、可靠,回收率为95%~105%,RSD为1.85%。结论:该标准可用于元胡止痛胶囊含量质量控制。
