能源是国民经挤发展的基础,制约着整个社会经济运行,并且对居民生活水平提高起重要作用,所以,制定符合本国实际情况的能源政策是各国社会经济发展的战略问题。各个国家的实际情况不同,其能源生产和消费结构也有很大差异。每个国家所制定和实施的能源政策差别很大,能源政策的重点和功能也各有所侧重。
Energy is the basis for the development of the national economy. It restricts the entire social and economic operation and plays an important role in improving the living standard of residents. Therefore, formulating energy policies that are in line with the actual conditions of our country is a strategic issue for the socio-economic development of all countries. The actual conditions of different countries vary greatly in their energy production and consumption structure. The energy policies formulated and implemented in each country vary greatly, and the emphasis and functions of energy policies are also emphasized.
