目的 建立牙髓失活剂中盐酸可卡因的含量测定方法。 方法 用一阶导数光谱法半振幅进行定量。 结果 本法平均回收率为 97 5 5 % ,RSD为 0 6 0 7%。 结论 本法简单、迅速、准确 ,可作为牙髓失活剂中盐酸可卡因的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of cocaine hydrochloride in dental pulp inactivators. The method was quantified by first-order derivative spectroscopy at half amplitude. Results The average recovery rate was 97.55% with a RSD of 0.670%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used as a method for determination of cocaine hydrochloride in dental pulp inactivators.
