滑雪有三要素:速度、平衡、勇气。对中国经济而言,就是要主动适应新常态,保持中高速度的增长,平衡好稳增长和调结构的关系,以壮士断腕的勇气推进改革。新年伊始,中国总理出访的脚步首先迈向了瑞士小镇达沃斯。2015年1月21日,李克强在达沃斯出席世界经济论坛,发表题为《维护和平稳定,推动结构改革,培育发展新动能》的特别致辞,在当前世界经济形势前景不明、中国全面深化改革的大背景下,阐述中国经济如何适应、引领新常态,向世界传递中国信心,展示改革成绩,分享中国机遇。
