本文研究了沙漠地区干旱条件下,糜子种子的播种前干旱锻炼。结果表明,干旱锻炼提高了植物的持水力与耐脱水力,改善了植物体内的水分状况,束缚水含量和束/自比值有所提高。增强了蒸腾耗水的调节能力。提高了植物的耐热性与淀粉的合成能力。干旱锻炼对糜子种子的吸水速度、株高、有效分蘖、干物重、千粒重均有良好影响,因而提高了锻炼植株的抗旱性,导致产量提高4.3—17.7%,大田增产达25.0%。
In this paper, we studied the drought training of millet seeds before sowing under drought conditions in the desert area. The results showed that drought training increased the water holding capacity and dehydration resistance of plants and improved the water status in plants. The bound water content and the ratio of bunch / self ratio increased. Enhance the regulation of transpiration water consumption. Increases plant heat resistance and starch synthesis ability. Drought exercise had good effect on water absorption rate, plant height, effective tiller, dry matter weight and 1000-grain weight of millet seeds, thus increased drought resistance of millet plants, resulting in a yield increase of 4.3-17.7% and a field yield increase of 25.0%.
