为解决内燃机预混合压缩着火相位的控制难题,提出了高压空气射流控制压缩着火相位,实现全工况范围的预混合燃烧的方案。为摸清高压空气射流控制压缩着火过程,本文建立了高压空气射流触发燃烧弹内柴油预混合气着火的CFD模型,分析射流参数对燃烧弹内气流运动、着火及燃烧过程的影响。研究结果表明;高压空气喷入柴油预混合气氛围内,使其局部小范围内温度迅速上升,满足着火条件,实现对柴油预混合气着火时刻的主动控制;燃烧放热分三个阶段,总体呈先低后高的特点,且柴油预混合燃烧速率可控。
In order to solve the control problem of pre-mixing compression ignition phase of internal combustion engine, a scheme was proposed to control the compression ignition phase by high pressure air jet to achieve premixed combustion over the full operating range. In order to find out the jet of high pressure air to control the process of compression ignition, this paper established the CFD model of high pressure air jet to ignite the premixed gas in the combustion bombs, and analyzed the influence of jet parameters on the airflow movement, ignition and combustion process. The results show that the high pressure air is injected into the pre-mixed diesel gas atmosphere, causing the temperature in a small part of the diesel to rapidly increase to meet the ignition conditions and achieve active control of the ignition timing of the diesel premixed gas. The combustion exotherm is divided into three stages, Was first low after high, and diesel premixed combustion rate controllable.
