我院于 1998年引进新式剖宫产技术。其不同于子宫下段剖宫产之处为下腹横切口。开腹时钝性拉开脂肪层、筋膜层及腹膜。关腹时不缝合腹膜。筋膜及皮下脂肪一次缝合。皮内缝合法缝合皮肤。本研究通过其与子宫下段剖宫产的对比 ,探讨新式剖宫产术的远期安全性。1 资料与方法1.1
