介绍了一种线性菲涅尔集热器,并进行了性能测试实验。集热器采用三角形腔体管束型吸收器,镜场采用超白玻璃反射镜,安装时做微弧处理,跟踪方式为单排独立驱动跟踪。参考GB/T4271-2000和ASHRAE 93-86两种标准,采用瞬时法对集热器进行性能测试,衡量集热器的工作性能。根据实验测点数据,计算出菲涅尔线聚焦集热器的空晒系数、热损系数以及集热器效率。实验结果表明,工作温度为150℃时,集热器效率可以达到36.6%,热损系数为110W/m.
A linear Fresnel collector is introduced and the performance test is carried out. According to the data of experimental measuring point, the air-drying coefficient, heat loss coefficient and collector efficiency of Fresnel line focus collector are calculated. The experimental results show that the collector efficiency can reach 36.6% and the heat loss coefficient is 110W / m when the working temperature is 150 ℃.
