高照射量~(60)Coγ射线照射水稻不同杂交组合的F_1代(M_1F_1),可以引起杂种辐射二代(M_2F_2)数量性状的遗传效应。数量性状诱变效应表现为两种情况:1.多数处理群体的平均值与对照差异不显著,但增加了群体变异系数和提高了遗传力(heritability)。2.少数处理群体平均值与对照差异显著,并表现为正效应(有利突变效应)或负效应(不利突变效应)。本试验各性状产生的负效应多于正效应。通过变异系数和遗传力测定产量性状的诱变效应,其大小依次为有效穗数——穗粒数——育性——百粒重。
The F_1 generation (M_1F_1) of different radiation combinations in rice with high irradiation dose of ~ (60) Coγ ray can cause the genetic effect of the quantitative characters of M_2F_2 in hybrid rice. Quantitative trait mutagenesis is manifested in two situations: 1. The average of most treatment groups is not significantly different from the control, but increases the coefficient of population variation and improves heritability. (2) The average value of minority treatment group was significantly different from the control, and showed positive effect (favorable mutation effect) or negative effect (adverse mutation effect). The negative effects produced by the traits in this experiment were more than positive ones. The mutagenic effects of yield traits were determined by the coefficient of variation and heritability. The order of the effect was mutagenicity-spikelets-fertility-100-grain weight.
