“互联网+”背景下,传统电视媒体平台整体陷入衰退通道,平台重构成为传统电视媒体转型升级的必然选择。本文围绕“传统电视媒体平台应该如何重构”进行研究,指出电视媒体平台必须遵循“用户主导”的战略逻辑和四大战略步骤:全媒体布局,增加用户接触点;有效搭建与管理用户数据库;基于用户数据挖掘进行业务拓展;构建“电视+”大平台生态系统。
“Internet + ” background, the traditional television media platform as a whole into a recession channel, platform reorganization as the inevitable choice for the transformation and upgrading of traditional television media. This thesis focuses on the research on how traditional TV media platform should be reconstructed. It points out that TV media platform must follow the strategic logic of “user-led ” and four strategic steps: layout of all media, increase user contact points, Management of user database; business development based on user data mining; build “TV +” large platform ecosystem.
