在体育教学中,部分中专生面对一些难度较大或具有一定危险性的运动项目,容易产生恐惧心理。这种恐惧心理,使存有此种心理的学生难以掌握规定的体育教学内容,而且会波及其他学生的学习热情,影响整个体育教学质量的提高和教学任务的完成。因此,正确认识和对待这一问题,成为保证完成体育教学任务的重要前提。 部分中专生在体育教学中的恐惧心理主要表现在以下几个方面: 一是缺乏兴趣。进入操场总是慢慢吞吞走在后,捧队不敢站前列。对自己很少接触或曾有过闪失的运动项目,缺乏热情和兴趣,采取旁观者的态度看待操场上的练习活动。
