在初中教学中,教学质量是学校生存与发展的重要依据,而教学管理则是保障教学质量的主要基础。教学管理工作不仅是管理学生的学习活动,还要制定相关的规章守则。从另一方面说,教学管理的根本因素是人,是学生,管理学生行为的目的是要帮助学生更加顺利地进行学习活动。因此,要做好初中教学管理,就必须体现出人文关怀理念。
In junior high school teaching, teaching quality is an important basis for the survival and development of schools, and teaching management is the main basis for ensuring teaching quality. Teaching management is not only the management of student learning activities, but also the development of relevant rules and regulations. On the other hand, the fundamental factors of teaching management are people and students. The purpose of managing student behavior is to help students to carry out learning activities more smoothly. Therefore, to do well in junior middle school teaching management, we must reflect the concept of humanistic care.
