据《电子产品世界》2004年第5期报道,2004年电源管理半导体市场前景继续看好,但也面临一些新的挑战。电源管理半导体主要包括模拟功率IC及功率分立器件。2003年其销售额比2002年增长14%,超过158亿美元,预计2004年将续增15%。随着电子设备功能的扩大,半导体含量不断提高,电源管理半导体的需求越来越广,长期以来,它的销售增长快于整个半导体。图1给出了电源管理器件、半导体器件及电子设备销售额的增长情况。
According to “Electronic Products World” No. 5 in 2004 reported that in 2004 the power management semiconductor market prospects continue to be optimistic, but it also faces some new challenges. Power management semiconductors include analog power IC and power discrete devices. Its sales in 2003 increased 14% over 2002 to more than 15.8 billion U.S. dollars and is expected to increase by 15% in 2004. With the expansion of the function of the electronic equipment, the semiconductor content is rising constantly, the demand of power management semiconductor is more and more extensive, its sales have grown faster than the whole semiconductor for a long time. Figure 1 shows the power management devices, semiconductor devices and electronic equipment sales growth.
