一、S—T段:是指从S波开始至T波开始点之间的一段水平线。若QRS波群终末部分没有S波,州以R波至基线之点为准,称为RS—T段。 S—T段正常情况下是居于等电线,呈水平型直线。其产生原理是:S—T段向量轴垂直于导联轴,故不产生波形。换言之,当心室除极终止至心室复极开始之前,这段时间内心脏无电位的变化,所以正常S—T段居于等电线。但正常人的S—T段也有轻微上、下偏移现象,在R波为主的导联上
A, S-T segment: refers to the beginning of the S-wave to T wave between the start of a horizontal line.
