近年来,计算机图形成了计算机工程发展最快的领域之一。光栅图形显示的发展使得计算机图形有了坚实而雄厚的硬件基础。目前,光栅图形显示装置采用了 LSI 和 SLSI 器件,在硬件结构上出现了多窗口(m-ulti-window)和多视口(multiviewport)显示系统。这种先进的硬件结构大大增强了显示系统的功能和系统应用的灵活性。在笔者研制的彩色光栅图形显示终端中,利用定时中断方式,在一个帧存贮器(Frame Buffer)和一个对应的彩色映像表(Color Map)上实现了双窗口(Do-uble wimdow)和双彩色表(Double Color Map)的虚拟结构。
