当前,安全生产已成为全社会普遍关注的焦点问题。员工作为电力企业的核心资源,其健康发展关系着企业安全生产主体责任的落实,企业安全管理无论是对供电企业来讲还是对人们的生命财产安全都是有着重要意义的,也是贯彻落实科学发展观的重大课题。因此,改变传统的以物为中心的安全观,树立以人为核心的安全观,才能实现安全工作质的飞跃。近年来,武平供电公司党委结合公司实际,从创新党建文化建设入手,把思想政治工作与安全管理有机地结合起来。从思想上感化职工、教育职工,实现安全生产、长治久安的目的。
