目的了解驻疆部队医疗机构医务人员手卫生状况,提高医务人员手卫生质量。方法采用现场抽检,对10个医疗机构重点科室临床医务人员的手消毒质量进行了监测。结果共采样176份,合格142份,合格率为80.68%。其中手术室、供应室、妇产科、门诊、口腔科、普通病房、烧伤科和传染科合格率依次为100%、81.25%、81.48%、69.23%、63.16%、82%、87.5%和66.67%。结论驻疆部队医疗机构医务人员手卫生合格率较低,手卫生质量亟待加强,应提高医务人员手卫生消毒意识、增加完善洗手卫生设施、严格贯彻落实手卫生制度。
Objective To understand the status of hand hygiene of medical staff in medical institutions of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and to improve the hand hygiene quality of medical staff. Methods On-the-spot sampling was used to monitor the hand disinfection quality of clinical medical staff in key departments of 10 medical institutions. The results of a total of 176 samples, 142 qualified, a pass rate of 80.68%. The passing rates of operating room, supply room, obstetrics and gynecology department, outpatient department, stomatology department, general ward, burn department and infectious disease department were 100%, 81.25%, 81.48%, 69.23%, 63.16%, 82%, 87.5% and 66.67 %. Conclusion The qualified rate of hand hygiene of medical staff in medical units in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is low, and the quality of hand hygiene needs to be strengthened. The awareness of hand hygiene disinfection in medical staff should be enhanced, the hygiene facilities for hand hygiene should be improved, and the hand hygiene system should be strictly implemented.
