目的探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊对调节BV、VVC治疗后阴道微环境失衡的临床效果及对阴道炎复发率的影响。方法对2014年1月1日至2014年5月31日云南省昆明送子鸟医院妇产科门诊确诊为阴道炎治疗后阴道微环境紊乱的240例患者临床资料进行分析。结果观察组阴道乳酸杆菌检出率91例(75.8%),高于对照组25例(20.8%),差异具有统计学意义,观察组阴道炎复发5例(4.2%),低于对照组29例(24.2%),差异具有统计学意义。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊能促进阴道炎治疗后阴道微环境紊乱的恢复,降低阴道炎的复发率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule on vaginal microenvironment imbalance after the treatment of BV and VVC and the influence on the recurrent rate of vaginitis. Methods From January 1, 2014 to May 31, 2014, the clinical data of 240 patients diagnosed as vaginal microenvironment disturbance after vaginitis treatment in Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic of Kunabatsuki Hospital, Kunming, Yunnan Province were analyzed. Results The detection rate of Lactobacillus in the observation group was 91 cases (75.8%), which was higher than that in the control group (25 cases, 20.8%). The difference was statistically significant. The recurrence of vaginitis in observation group was 5 cases (4.2% Cases (24.2%), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Lactobacillus vaginal capsule can promote the recovery of vaginal microenvironment disturbance after vaginitis treatment and reduce the recurrence rate of vaginitis.
