认为LY12合金点焊胡须为一不连续的空间锥台面结构,特殊情况下为一平面环状分布,胡须中部Cu、Mg含量较高,Al含量较低。这主要是由点焊过程中不均匀的塑性变形产生的,胡须数量和形态随点焊过程中焊接压力的大小及加压时间的先后均有不同。
It is considered that the spot welding beard of LY12 alloy is a discontinuous space cone mesa structure, and in a special case is a plane annular distribution. The content of Cu and Mg in the middle part of the beard is higher and the Al content is lower. This is mainly caused by the non-uniform plastic deformation in the spot welding process. The number and shape of beards vary with the welding pressure in the spot welding process and the pressurizing time.
