Before any one drama school, there are two basic tasks that are related to each student: develop the student’s creative personality and inspire this personality. The first task includes political and ideological education of future actors, aesthetical education and moral discipline education (developing a student’s worldview, artistic interest and quality first). The inspiration to create personality depends mainly on the professional education of future actors to achieve. Yet at Soviet theater schools teaching practices that are so separate from the professional education of future actors and the task of developing their individuality in terms of political thought and morality are outdated.
