采用Simple算法和标准k-ε模型,以我国某电厂2×600 MW直接空冷机组为例,对空冷平台外部流场进行了数值模拟.结合空气动力学知识,阐述了空冷平台边缘空气倒灌和热风回流现象产生的原因.分析了不同风速下空冷平台间距对直接空冷凝汽器换热效率的影响,并探索了空冷平台间距的相对合理范围.结果表明:当风速一定时,换热效率随着空冷平台间距的增大而提高;当空冷平台间距一定时,换热效率随着风速的增大而降低.对于某电厂2×600 MW直接空冷机组,理论上空冷平台间距的最佳范围为30~40 m.
Using Simple algorithm and standard k-ε model, taking a 2 × 600MW direct air-cooled unit of a power plant in China as an example, the numerical simulation of the external flow field of the air-cooled platform is carried out.According to the knowledge of aerodynamics, The reason of the reflux phenomenon is analyzed.The influence of air-cooling platform spacing on the heat transfer efficiency of direct air-cooled condenser under different wind speeds is analyzed and the relative reasonable range of air-cooled platform spacing is explored.The results show that when the wind speed is constant, When the spacing of air-cooled platform is constant, the heat transfer efficiency decreases with the increase of wind speed.For a 2 × 600 MW direct air-cooled unit in a power plant, the optimal range of the theoretical air-cooled platform spacing is 30 ~ 40 m.
