焊接混沌性可以反映焊接过程稳定性,进而可以评价焊接质量。近似熵是混沌判据之一,可以定量描述非线性系统中时间序列复杂度。本文采用控制变量的方法,分别改变焊接电流和焊接电压,对不同参数下的GMAW过程的混沌特性进行研究。通过对GMAW电信号时间序列近似熵的计算,发现GMAW过程具有混沌特性;对不同参数下GMAW的混沌特性进行对比,证实了近似熵可以作为GMAW过程焊接稳定性的评判标准。
Welding chaos can reflect the stability of the welding process, which can be evaluated the quality of welding. Approximate entropy is one of the criteria of chaos, which can quantitatively describe the complexity of time series in nonlinear systems. In this paper, the control variables are used to change the welding current and welding voltage respectively, and the chaotic characteristics of GMAW under different parameters are studied. By calculating approximate entropy of GMAW signal time series, it is found that the GMAW process has the chaos characteristic. Comparing the chaotic characteristics of GMAW with different parameters, it is proved that the approximate entropy can be used as the criterion of welding stability in GMAW process.
