目的对《生活饮用水标准检验方法》GB/T5750.6-2006中石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测Pb Cd的方法进行改进,评价改进后的效果。方法通过对不同灰化温度下的信号值及背景值的比较确定合适的灰化温度,采用自动进样器、仪器在线稀释进行无基改和加基改两种方法的精密度、灵敏度、准确度的比较。结果方法改进1:Pb/Cd方法检出限0.0025/0.0005μg/L RSD<1.3%<4.1%,回收率97%/92%;方法改进2:Pb/Cd方法检出限0.005/0.0005μg/L RSD<7.4%/4.4%回收率102%/104%。结论方法改进1灵敏度更高、精密度准确度更好,节约试剂,省时省力,自动化程度高,提高工作效率,对于人员少工作量大的检验室更实用,值得推广。
Objective To improve the method of measuring Pb Cd by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry in “Standard Test Method for Domestic Drinking Water” GB / T5750.6-2006, and to evaluate the improved effect. Methods The suitable ashing temperature was determined by comparing the signal value and the background value under different ashing temperatures. The precision, sensitivity and accuracy of the two methods of automatic sample changer and instrument on-line dilution were compared. Degree comparison. Results Method Improvement 1: The detection limit of Pb / Cd method was 0.0025 / 0.0005μg / L RSD <1.3% <4.1%, the recovery rate was 97% / 92% L RSD <7.4% / 4.4% Recovery 102% / 104%. Conclusion Improved 1 method has the advantages of higher sensitivity, better accuracy, saving of reagents, saving time and labor, high degree of automation, and higher working efficiency. It is more practical and worth promoting for labs with less staff.
