用BACTEC法对100例煤工尘肺结核病人的200份晨痰标本进行了分枝杆菌检出的观察研究。结果无论在培养阳性率,菌型鉴定及药物敏感性测定上均明显优于改良罗氏法,总结果报告时间明显缩短,因而在鉴定菌型,疗效的判断上均有较高的实用价值。200份痰标本中非典型分枝杆菌分离率为7.1%,这对部分“难治性尘肺结核”的病人找到了一个病因,在检出的结核菌群中耐药率高达84.6%,简要分析了其原因及预防办法。
BACTEC method was used to detect mycobacteria in 200 samples of morning sputum from 100 cases of coal workers with pneumoconiosis.
