杭州传化花王有限公司是由中国著名的民营企业——传化集团与日本花王株式会社共同投资设立的一家中外合资企业,应该说,我们具有本土企业实战和跨国集团运作的双重经验,对杭州本地广告公司的看法也更有典型性和代表性。就杭州本地的广告公司来说,我们感觉真正受人尊敬的广告公司并不多,但是这并不排除在本地广告公司中也有非常优秀的团队。中国的广告事业已经发展了20多年,我们感觉比较优秀的人才也并不一定都集中在4A公司,其实在本土广告公司中也有一些杰出的人才。
