常熟王市乡卫生院1980年1月～1982年12月3年间共收住患者3978例,其中60岁以上的老年患者719例,占住院总数18%。临床资料(一)本组男性327例,女性392例,男女之比为1:1.2。年龄60～65岁294例(40.6%);66～70岁192例(26.7%);71～75岁125例(21.2%):76～80岁85例(11.8%);80岁以上23例(3.2%);(二)发病季节:春季162例(22.5%),夏季194例(77%);秋季192例(26.7%)。冬季171例(23%);(三)起病缓急及合并症:急性起病367例(51%);慢性起病352例(49%);其中有合并症257例(27%);(四)疾病分类:内科607例(70.6%);外科159例(22.1%);传染
