植物组织培养是一门专业性、实践性很强的实验科学,因此,实验课的重要性尤为突出,它要求学生运用已掌握的基本理论知识和基本实验技能,完成较为复杂的专业技术实验。为保证其教学质量和教学效果,提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,培养学生的科研实验能力和创新能力,需要为学生制订一个科学的实验教学计划,使学生在有限的学时内既学到该门课程的理论知识,又能提高动手操作能力,这是值得植物组织培养学的教师深入探讨的一个问题。现结合我们的实践经验,就植物组织培养学实验课的教学模式谈谈以下几点个人的做法:
